    Join us at Bethel Park Retirement for a Christmas in July Shopping Extravaganza! Stop in to grab a cookie and frozen hot chocolate at the North Pole snack bar, while you get your holiday shopping started early by perusing our vendor show featuring local vendors, craftsmen and artisans. There is no cost for admission and door prizes will be available at each vendor table. All money raised at the snack bar will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Vendors are still being accepted. Each vendor must bring their own table and each vendor space will be 7' long. The location of your table is at the discretion of the event coordinator. There is no fee for vendor space, but in addition to providing their own table, each vendor must also provide a door prize to be given away at their table. We are asking for a $5 donation from each vendor, this money will go to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Lunch will be provided for all vendors. For more information about this event, email Ashley.

    The Swoyersville Sailors Youth Football & Cheer Organization will be hosting it's Annual Craft & Vendor Fair! This is a public event, open to all! Leiomyosarcoma is a very rare cancer that only 5 in 1 million women are diagnosed yearly. All proceeds from this craft show will be donated to her to help with medical bills.     Step back in time in Historic Downtown Hartville. This year we will celebrate Lake Township's Bicentennial!     Experience the excitement of Pennsylvania's Early American history at the 33rd annual Penn’s Colony Festival and Folk Art Marketplace. Rain or shine, the family-oriented event will be held on 12 acres of easy walking, tree-lined grounds at Penn’s Colony Village, just minutes north of Pittsburgh. The event recreates a bustling colonial village complete with battle reenactments, live Irish, English and Scottish music performances, and other entertainment reminiscent of the historic French and Indian War period. In the marketplace, more than 185 juried craftsmen and artisans will showcase a variety of quality, handmade in America contemporary and traditional works for the home and garden, seasonal decorative items, gifts and personal accessories. There are horse-drawn surrey rides, food booths, sing-a-longs, and demonstrations of various trade and home crafts such as blacksmithing, tin-punching, needle arts and glass blowing. There are fun colonial games and activities for children such as nine-pin (bowling), potato stamping and graces. Artisans also offer hands-on activities for children and adults such as pumpkin painting and pony rides.     This show has grown so much over the last few years and is a wonderful all handmade show. We have crafters and artists that bring everything from hand turned wood items, jewelry, knitting, cards, glass, personalized ornaments, chalk art, primitives, baked goods and candles just to name a few! Plus don't forget get to pick up a bag of kettle corn on your way out! Admission is free. There will be raffles going on during the day from our talented crafters that benefit the elementary PTO. Our lunch stand will be open also with a variety of homemade goodness. We are currently accepting applications for our 2016 show. We are looking for handmade crafters and artists only. Tables are $25 for one 8ft table space or $45 for two 8ft table spaces. Electric is included if needed. New applicants must provide a picture and detailed description of what they will be selling. The cost for crafters is $20.00 if Step By Step Provides tables and $15.00 if crafter provides their own tables. TAdmission is free to the public. We will also be having a Chinese auction, with all proceeds from the cost of the tables and the Chinese auction will benefitting Step By Step, Inc., a non-profit that works with Developmentally Disabled Adults.
