    Let the Christmas Shopping Begin at our “Christmas in October”! Saturday and Sunday, October 1st and 2nd, all of your holiday shopping can be completed at Christmas in October. This event is held at the festively decorated fairgrounds in Findlay, Ohio. There will be over 300 artists and crafters who will proudly offer their very best solutions for everyone on your “what to get” list. Celebrating 29 years of Christmas in October, Cloud Productions will continue building its’ reputation as Northwest Ohio’s oldest and best arts and crafts show with 11 buildings, a big top tent, scores of outdoor locations and food vendors. The spacious grounds will be over flowing with a huge selection of americana, primitive, contemporary, country and folk art expressed in jewelry, garden art, home, health and beauty, metal art, fabric art, canvas, photography, wall art, wood, gift foods and more. Old vintage pieces will find new life and add just the right touch after being reinvented, upcycled, recycled and repurposed. Christmas in October is the perfect place to meet with our carefully selected crafters and artists eager to share their inspiration to ensure that your gifts will be as unique as their recipients. There will be personalization available on many items. In addition to décor, there will be handmade scented candles to delight your senses, homemade soaps and bath bombs to turn your bathroom into a spa, funky, breathtaking, and to die for jewelry to accessorize yourself and so much more! Comfortable shoes are a must….you’re going to want to see every booth! Adding to the festive atmosphere will be Cloud Production’s famous holiday blow ups. Santa will be accompanied by his toy solider and the hot air balloon, a perfect background for an early Christmas photo shoot. Santa will be roaming the grounds looking for all the good boys and girls. Paragon (our famous Barbershop Quartet) will be strolling the grounds adding their welcome sounds to the holiday atmosphere. Musical entertainment in the Forest G. Hall Park will be provided both days with a vast repertoire of music. There will be picnic tables available for dining and resting. The kids will again be able to ride their favorite pony, get their faces painted, visit the bounce houses, and get a balloon animal created right before their eyes by Buttons the Clown. No wonder, kids look forward to coming along. Every effort has bee made to cater to all! Over twenty vendors will be offering the finest in Fair Food! ! Nestled in with our great exhibitors in Building F-b is Esther’s Wheel of Fun. Proceeds from Esther’s Wheel of Fun, package check and the shuttles go to NWORRP (the little trains on CR 99). An ATM will be available outside the Show Office. Free shopping bags for purchases totaling $50 or more will be available at the Enter to Win Booth in Building F-b; just stop by with your receipts. Golf carts will be available to take those “too large to handle” purchases to your vehicle and will also be circling the grounds to make getting around more comfortable. Adult admission is $5, children under 12 are free. Parking is free, courtesy of Cloud Productions. The Hancock County Fairgrounds in Findlay, Ohio is located at 1017 East Sandusky Street, just two and a half miles off I-75 at exit 157.   • Seven Hills Chili Fest & Craft Fair

    This event is a family fun festival with a chili competition benefitting the Salvation Army. Family activities include hay rides for the kids, pumpkin decorating and face painting.   • Chatham Apple Butter Festival Craft Show

    The craft show is in three buildings with only homemade crafts permitted in the VFW Hall (all tables sold) and the North Church Building ($25 for table space). People selling manufactured items or flea market items will find lower table rates at the Community Center. Along with the crafts, we have apple butter stirrin' in the old copper kettle over the open fire, and many delicious treats to eat. On Sunday big birds are displayed by the Medina County Raptor Center and we enjoy a live bluegrass band. Chatham, Ohio is located 5 miles north of Lodi and 5 miles south of Litchfield on St Rt 83 and the ABF is held the same weekend as the Medina County Fall Foliage Tour.     The Savy Sister Arts & Craft Bazaar is coming to the Hebron American Legion Post 285 on October 22nd. This event is two-fold: to create a venue for you to show and sell your craft items and to raise funds to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). This year's craft show is sponsored by the American Legion Post 285 and the Ross Granville Market. Poppy's Roadside Diner will be providing food and refeshments via their food truck. During the craft show, we will be hosting a bake sale with all proceeds going to the WWP. Donations of cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more are welcome! There will be one booth for each type of craft to create a more exclusive market for all vendors involved, so reserve your spot in advance! Each vendor space is 8x8 with one table and two chairs. No electiric will be available. All craft vendors must be selling handmade goods. The vendor fee is $25, with $5 going toward the Wounded Warrior Project. We would love to have you!
