Prepare cupcakes as directed on box, cool completely.
Mix butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Add milk slowly to reach desired consistency. Add green icing color.
Ice the top of the cupcake following the picture using tip #233 pipe grass on top of cupcake.
Make pink fondant
Make pink fondant using the pink icing.
Roll white fondant
Roll a ball of white fondant about 1½" wide.
Roll a second ball of white fondant about ¼", moisten with water and dip into sugar for tail, attach to larger ball.
Roll out fondant
Roll out white and pink fondant, use #24 tip (large end) to cut 2 white circles (per cupcake) and slightly strech to make oval shapes, use #2 tip (large end) and cut 2 pink circles (per cupcake) and 6 small cirlces (per cupcake) using small end of #2 tip.
Attach all pink circles to white oval to make bunny feet. Attach feet to the bunny bottom.
Place bunny bottom
Place bunny bottom on top of grass icing.
Add cupcake liner
Place cupcakes into decorative cupcake liner and enjoy!
