What You'll Need:

2/3 Cup All-Purpose Flor
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter, Melted and Cooled
1/4 Cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 Egg White
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Vanilla Ice Cream
Hot Fudge
Sprinkles

How to Make a Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie


Nothing is more delicious than a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie! Satisfy your sweet tooth with this super sized cookie project complete with ice cream and hot fudge.
 
  • 1 Preheat oven

    Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare skillet pan with vegetable cooking spray.

  • 2 Combine ingredients

    In medium bowl, combine flour and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg white and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; mix well. Stir in chips. Press dough into prepared pan, filling 3/4 of the way full.

  • 3 Bake

    Bake 22 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Cool slightly. Top with ice cream, hot fudge and sprinkles.
