What You'll Need:

9" Springform Pan
Jell-o Brand Cheesecake Mix
10 Tbs Melted Butter
30 Crushed Oreos
1 ½ cups Milk
Wilton® Green Food Coloring
Hot Fudge
Mini Heart Shape Cookie Cutter

How to Make Shamrock Cheesecake

Bake your way to St. Patrick's Day with a shamrockin cheesecake! Add a touch of luck and green food coloring to your cheesecake to make it perfect for the festive holiday!

 
  • 1 Combined Oreos and butter

    Crush oreos and combined with melted butter. Press finished product into the bottom of the Springform pan. Place in the fridge for approximately 15 minutes.

  • 2 Prepare cheesecake

    Prepare Jell-O cheesecake as directed on box. Add a few drops of green food coloring to mix. 

  • 3 Add cheesecake to oreo crust

    Pour cheesecake mixture over Oreo crust. Place in freezer for at least an hour. (It's easier to cut cheesecake frozen)

  • 4 Make shaped cheesecake

    Using a mini heart shape cookie cutter, cut 4 hearts out of frozen cheesecake and place on serving dish in shamrock shape. 

  • 5 Drizzle hot fudge

    Heat hot fudge and drizzle over shamrock and make shamrock stem.
