How to Make Gone Wild Paper Mache Letters


Go a little wild with these jungle themed paper mache letters! They make the perfect decoration for a nursery, classroom or animal print decorated party. Like another pattern better? Using these same directions, but customize your project with whatever theme of scrapbook paper and embellishments that you want!
 
  • 1 Measure & cut

    Measure and cut the scrapbook paper to fit the paper mache letters. We used patterned paper on the front, and solid colored paper on the sides.

  • 2 Mod Podge letters

    Adhere the scrapbook paper to the paper mache letters using Mod Podge. Let dry completely.

  • 3 Distress edges Decorated paper mache letter

    Once the paper is dry and secure on the letters use sand paper to distress the edges. Dab ink on the sanded edges.

  • 4 Add embellishments

    Hot glue animal embellishments on the corners of the letters.
