How to Make a Burlap Pull-Through Wreath

Decorate your home for a holly, jolly holiday with this easy to make Burlap Pull-Through Wreath! This wreath is the perfect combination of rustic, ruffled burlap, evergreen pine picks and bright and shiny holly berries and garland. You can even customize your wreath with a wood monogram letter!

  • 1 Weave the burlap

    Weave the beginning of the burlap through the wires of the wreath, securing the burlap to start your wreath.

  • 2 Pull a loop

    Pull a loop of burlap through the slats in the wreath.

  • 3 Fluff the burlap

    Fluff out the burlap to the size you want the loop to be, generally 2-3” high.

  • 4 Pull through the next slat over

    Pull the next loop through the next slat over, repeating back and forth until the wire frame is hidden.

  • 5 Slide & adjust

    Slide and adjust the loops to make your wreath look even and full.

  • 6 Create a bow

    Create approximately a 3 yd. bow to tie onto your wreath.

  • 7 Add pine picks

    Glue pine picks to either side of the bow and in the upper right section of the wreath.

  • 8 Add a wooden letter

    Glue a white wooden letter in the center of your wreath.
