How to Make Stacked T-Shirt Bracelets

Cut colorful tees into trendy, stackable bracelets! These soft cloth bracelets look great wrapped around your wrist, or even worn in your hair as ponytail holders. For an extra accent try braiding or finger weaving your bracelet, just make sure you make more than one because they're fun to trade with friends!
  • 1 Cut t-shirt into strips

Beginning at the bottom, cut an old t-shirt into 1" strips using a rotary cutter and a self-healing mat.

  • 2 Stretch & wrap strips

Stretch out the strips and wrap them around your wrist 3 times.

  • 3 Add bead & tie

Cut the strip, slide on a pony bead and then tie the ends.

  • 4 Hot glue another strip

Form the 3 wraps again. Cut a 3" strip and hot glue the end of the strip close to the knot on the wraps.

  • 5 Wind strip & glue in place

Wind the strip around the bracelet 5 to 6 times, then trim any excess and glue in place.
