How to Make a Ribbon Kissing Ball

Tis the season for tradition, family and spending time with the special someone! Rather than kissing under the mistletoe; create your own tradition by crafting a Ribbon Kissing Ball! Personalize it to your style and have a beautiful holiday decoration hanging from your ceiling!
  • 1 Make bows

Following the instructions on the Bowdabra®, layer tulle then ribbon to create small bow bundles.

  • 2 Attach bows

Attach the bundles around the foam ball with floral pins and hot glue.

  • 3 Glue floral picks

Fill in spaces between bundles by gluing floral picks into the ball.

  • 4 Cut & add ribbon

Cut 4 strands of narrow ribbon 24'' long. Fold all in half as one and attach to the bottom of the ball using a floral pin and hot glue.

  • 5 Cut & add hanging ribbon

For hanging, cut a 12'' piece of wired ribbon, tie the ends together and attach to the top of the ball using floral pins and hot glue.
