Create the arms
Glue 2 small cones to the sides of the larger cone for arms.
Glue to the base
Glue the base to the large cone.
Paint the figure red, including the insides of the 2 small cones. Let the figure dry completely.
Apply Mod Podge
Apply Mod Podge to the cones and sprinkle with red glitter.
Make fur trim
Hot glue the white chenille stems to the cones to look like fur trim.
Create hair & a beard
Glue a 2” wide piece of fur high on the head of the figure as a beard and a 1” wide piece of fur on the top back section of the figure’s head as hair.
Sprinkle with glitter
Mod Podge the red sections of the Santa hat and sprinkle them with red glitter. Position the hat on the head of the figure while the Mod Podge is still wet. Then, hot glue the hat into place.
Paint the button with the flesh color paint. Let the button dry completely, and glue it to the front of the figure, just coming out from under the hat.
Apply glitter to tree
Brush the sisal tree with Mod Podge and roll it in glitter.
Glue the tree
Hot glue the glittered tree to one side of the front of Santa.
