How to Make a Paper Mache Angel
This pretty paper mache angel is just the decoration you need to grace your table or mantel! Simply combine a few unconventional craft supplies to create her.
Paint the body white and the head peach or flesh tones. Let it dry completely.
Create a face
Use a sponge dabber to apply red ink to the cheeks. Draw a nose and mouth with an extra fine marker. Dot the eyes with black Scribbles paint, then let dry.
Fold the cupcake liners in half.
Glue cupcake liners
Starting at the bottom of the cone, glue the liners in place ruffle side down. Be sure to overlap the liners as you glue them in place. Cover the entire body.
To form the sleeves roll a folded liner and glue the edge. Roll another liner and glue the end of the first roller liner inside. Flatten the top portion of the liner and glue it to the side of the body. Repeat for the other sleeve. Glue the edges of a gold snowflake to the bottom of the sleeves so it looks like she is holding it.
Cut a section of hair and roll it between your hands to fluff it. Glue it on the head.
Glue feather wings to the back.
Add a halo
Cut the gold chenille in half and form it into a circle. Glue it on top of the head for a halo.
Brush Mod Podge over the liners and sprinkle with glitter. Let it dry completely.
