How to Make a Red Antler Sled

Decorate your space with the best parts of Christmas and the winter season (bells, snowflakes and reindeer antlers) by creating a Red Antler Sled!
  • 1 Paint the pieces

Paint the deer head and the trim of the sled red. Let dry.

  • 2 Paint the sled

Paint the sled and several snowflakes white. Let dry.

  • 3 Glue deer & snowflakes

Arrange and glue the deer and snowflakes onto the sled.

  • 4 Add baker's twine

Cut a 36" section of baker's twine. Using the photo as a guide, fold it in half, wrap the center around the bar on the sled and make a slip knot. Wrap the other end of the twine around the bar and make another slip knot, leaving a few inches to hang down.

  • 5 String beads & bells

String the beads and bells onto the tails. Knot the ends and trim off the excess twine.
