  • 1 Cut handle

Cut the handle off of the tote. Then, cut the tote from front to back.

  • 2 Trim top of tote

Trim the top of 1 piece of the tote to 4” from the top of the buckle.

  • 3 Fold the bag over

Fold the top of the bag material over, leaving approximately 1” of material over the buckle.

  • 4 Place the material

Place the bag material on the bottom half of the green felt.

  • 5 Secure the material in the hoop

Open the hoop and place the inner hoop under the green felt. Place the outer hoop over the bag material and felt. Make sure the screw of the hoop is positioned at the top, then push the outer hoop down and tighten the screw.

  • 6 Cut a buckle

Cut out a buckle shape from the Foamie sheet and glue it over the printed buckle.

  • 7 Attach a ribbon loop

Cut an approximately 44” length of ribbon. Hot glue the ribbon to the back of the hoop, creating a loop at the top and two tails at the bottom.

  • 8 Add the pine pick

Hot glue the pine pick to the top of the hoop and at the base of the ribbon loop.
