How to Make Carrot Patch Cookies


Get ready for Easter by creating pint-sized carrot patches! These mini Carrot Patch Cookies are one serving of veggies that no one will complain about, plus they go perfectly in an Easter basket.
 
  • 1 Cut wafer cookies

    Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the rectangle wafer cookies to form a base and sides of the "plant box".

  • 2 Construct box

    Melt vanilla flavored candy wafers according to package instructions. Place into decorating bottle. Use the melted candy to glue the base of the box to the sides. Chill for 5 minutes.

  • 3 Melt orange & light green candy

    Melt the orange and light green vanilla flavored candy wafers separately in microwave safe bowls. Place into decorating bottles.

  • 4 Freehand carrots

    Using the decorating bottles filled with melted candy wafers, freehand small carrots. Chill for 5 minutes.

  • 5 Add crushed chocolate cookies & carrots

    Crush the chocolate cookies. Add a thin layer of melted vanilla wafers to the base of the box. Cover with crushed chocolate cookies. Lastly, insert small carrots into the box. Chill for 5 minutes.
