How to Make a Easter Mesh Wreath

Love mesh? Get ready for the Easter season by adorning your front door with an Easter Mesh Wreath! Pick out your favorite spring colors of mesh and embellish it with your choice of ribbon!
  • 1 Attach mesh

Gather the end of the mesh and attach it to the inner wire on the wreath form using a chenille stem.

  • 2 Attach mesh

Measure out approximately 13” from where it’s attached, gather the mesh and attach it to the outer wire on the wreath form with a chenille stem. Continue in a zigzag pattern working around the wreath form, ending back in the center. Cut off the excess mesh.

  • 3 Paint rabbit

Paint the wooden rabbit and allow to dry.

  • 4 Apply Mod Podge

Apply Mod Podge® to the wooden rabbit and sprinkle with glitter. Let dry.

  • 5 Cut & attach ribbon

Cut 12” pieces of ribbon and randomly attach into the mesh using the chenille stems.

  • 6 Hot glue chenille stem

Hot glue the center of one chenille stem to the back of the rabbit’s head and another to the back of the rabbit’s tail. Attach the rabbit to the center of the wreath using the chenille stems, working the chenille stems through the mesh, secure it on the back of the wreath.
