How to Make Monogram Pallet Signs

Show off your monogram with a rustic pallet sign, perfect for fall. Customize your to match your home decor by picking the perfect pattern stencil or changing the color of your sparkly wood letter. All that's left to do is finish it off with a burlap bow.

  • 1 Paint pallet

Paint the pallet black and let dry completely.

  • 2 Paint stencil onto pallet

Position stencil onto pallet and use a sponge dabber to apply white paint. Work in sections and allow each section to dry before repositioning the stencil.

  • 3 Mix glitter

Mix some of the orange and gold glitter together in a small container.

  • 4 Paint & glitter letter

Paint the wood letter orange and let dry completely. Mod Podge the letter and add glitter mix. Let dry.

  • 5 Add hanging wire

Cut a 24" length of wire. Make a 3" loop on each end and wrap the wire ends.

  • 6 Secure wire

Place the pallet face down, flatten the loops down onto the pallet, curve the wire above the pallet and use duct tape to hold the wire in place.

  • 7 Glue on letter

Turn pallet over and glue on the letter.

  • 8 Attach a burlap bow

Make a bow using burlap ribbon and glue it to the top portion of the wire hanger.
