Rhinestones
Brown Kraft Paper Roll

How to Make a Sugar Skull Plaque

Decorate your space for Halloween with a festive decoration! A Sugar Skull Plaque is sparkly, colorful and fun for the whole family. 
  • 1 Paint skull

    Paint the skull white and set aside to dry. 

  • 2 Assemble flowers

    Assemble the flowers in bunches of three, held together with a brad. 

  • 3 Add glitter paper

    Cut the glitter papers to cover the open areas on the back of the skull. Use masking tape to hold papers in place. 

  • 4 Add kraft paper

    Cover the back of the skull with kraft paper. Glue in place and trim off the excess. 

  • 5 Embellish the skull

    Referring to the photo, embellish the skull using Tulip® glowin-the-dark paints, rhinestones and flowers.
