How to Make a Spring Washi Tape Wreath
This unique spring wreath is just the front door decor you need this Easter. The washi tape wrapped eggs are a great way to use up any half finished rolls of washi tape, and the perfect excuse to pick out tape new patterns!
Wrap wreath with ribbon
Take the foam wreath and wrap it in bright pink ribbon, or ribbon in a color of your choice.
Wrap eggs with washi tape
Wrap the foam eggs in washi tape. Start at the base of the egg and pull the tape taut as you wrap it around the egg. Smooth out any wrinkles with your finger. To make applying the washi tape easier, try cutting it in half lengthwise before placing it on the egg.
Hot glue eggs
Hot glue the eggs on the wreath foam. Create 3 rows to start, then add eggs sporadically on top for a 3D look.
Add a bow
Add a ribbon bow with a jewel in the middle for a sparkly accent. You can also embellish the finished wreath with a small bunny, pinwheel or other springtime accessory.
