How to Make Autumn Candlesticks

Autumn has arrived and you can decorate for the season with festive Candlesticks! Use fall inspired colors and taper candles to accent any room or display the candlesticks together for the perfect feast centerpiece.
  • 1 Paint the candlesticks

Paint the candlesticks blue. Apply a second coat of paint. Let dry.

  • 2 Continue painting the candlesticks

Mask off the cup portion of the candlestick and below the turning. Paint the section under the cup red/orange, and below that yellow/orange. Remove the masking tape.

  • 3 Wrap jute around the candlesticks

Using the photo as a guide, wrap the jute three to four times around the candlestick below the turning and knot the jute. Trim the ends.

  • 4 Add candles

Insert a taper candle into each candlestick.
