Tightly wrap the foam wreath form completely in yarn. Use hot glue to secure the yarn at the beginning and at the end.

Paint 4 of the wooden hearts from the pennant banner set and let them dry. Hot glue one piece of yarn on each heart, shaped in letters, to form the word "Love".
