How to Make a Felt Elf Wreath
Wreaths are the perfect decoration for any season or holiday! This colorful Felt Elf Wreath is fun for any age! Dress it up in bright colors and hang it in any space to welcome in the holiday season!
Cut 3 strips of each color of felt to 4½" x 6½", except the stiff green felt.
Wrap felt around wreath
Fold the long edge over 1" to make a 4½" x 5½" piece. Wrap the felt around the wreath. Pin it in place.
Fold & pin next piece
Fold and pin the next piece of felt as done in the previous step, overlapping the previous piece by 1".
Repeat the previous step
Repeating with the remaining pieces of felt, alternating colors around the wreath.
Cut out leaf shape
Cut out 2 holly leaf shapes from the stiff felt. For extra detail, stitch a line along the center of each leaf with yellow floss.
Glue or pin leaves
Overlap the leaves and glue or pin them onto the wreath. Glue or pin them onto the wreath. Glue 3 tinsel poms together on top of the leaves.
Pin or glue elf
Pin or glue the elf onto the wreath.
