How to Make a Snowflake Gift Tag

The weather outside is frightful, but this Snowflake Gift Tag is absolutely delightful! This shiny, snowy tag is a perfect embellishment for any holiday gift, just tie it on with ribbon or twine. Plus, since the sturdy tag is made of wood, it won't bend or rip like paper tags.
  • 1 Cut & emboss paper for tag

Cut metallic paper to fit the tag. Emboss the paper and glue it onto the tag.

  • 2 Die cut snowflake

Die cut a snowflake from the metallic paper.

  • 3 Melt embossing powder

Ink the die cut snowflake and mini wood snowflakes, then cover with embossing powder and melt with a heat gun. Repeat several times.

  • 4 Ink & sprinkle pearls

Ink the mini wood snowflakes and sprinkle with perfect pearls.

  • 5 Melt pearls

Hold them with tweezers and melt with heat gun.

  • 6 Attach snowflakes to tag

Glue the snowflake onto the tag. Add foam dots to the back of several wood snowflakes and attach to tag.

  • 7 Attach ribbon or twine

Attach a ribbon or twine for hanging.
