How to Make a Burlap Canvas Jewelry Hanger


Keep your jewelry collection from becoming a twisted and tangled mess when you craft a Burlap Canvas Jewelry Hanger. This trendy hanger doubles as a decoration for your room and a simple way to organize and display all of your favorite accessories.
 
  • 1 Paint wood frame

    Paint wood frame turquoise and let dry. Paint outside edges purple and inside edges cream. Let dry.

  • 2 Sponge cream paint

    Position stencil onto frame and use a sponge dabber to apply cream paint.

  • 3 Edge frame

    Edge frame with green inkpad.

  • 4 Position & glue frame

    Position frame onto burlap about 1 1/4" from top and centered on sides. Glue in place.

  • 5 Drill holes

    Turn canvas over and drill 3 holes in the bottom stretcher bar, spaced out and about 1/4" from edge bar.

  • 6 Screw in & cut excess

    Screw in hardware and use bolt cutters to cut off excess stems.

  • 7 Glue flower

    Remove stem from flower and glue to inside corner of the frame.

  • 8 Glue keys

    Glue several keys inside the frame.
