Spread E6000 on a section of the wreath with a craft stick.
Glue on gems
Hot glue backs of gems and press them firmly in place on the wreath in the glued sections.
Repeat until wreath is covered
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until the wreath is covered.
Cut a hanging ribbon
Cut a 12" section of ribbon and loop around the wreath for hanging.
Tie & glue bow
Make a small bow and glue to the ribbon.
