How to Make a Bronze Chain Beaded Necklace


This classic piece of jewelry is so simple to make, even a jewelry crafting novice can do it! The necklace has intricate detail, but is also casual enough for every day wear. It's a simple and fun project for any beginning jewelry crafter.
 
  • 1 Cut large bronze chain

    Cut a 17" long section of the larger bronze chain.

  • 2 Cut small bronze chain

    Cut the smaller chain into 2 8" sections and 5 11" sections.

  • 3 Connect with jump ring

    Open a jump ring and attach the 11" link ends to the last link of the larger chain. Repeat on the other end.

  • 4 Connect & string beads

    Open a jump ring and attach the 8" link ends to the last link of the larger chain. String metal beads onto the 2 chains. Attach ends to the last link of the larger chain.
