How to Make a Chained Medley Bracelet

It's simple to make an earthy stone bracelet accented with bright silver chain. Even a beginning jewelry crafter can complete this project, and when they're done, they'll have a beautiful bracelet and plenty of practice working with crimp beads and chain.

  • 1 Cut wire & attach crimp bead

Cut a 9" section of jewelry wire. Slide on a crimp bead and a toggle end. Loop the wire back through the crimp bead, leaving the toggle on a small loop. Crimp the crimp bead with a crimping tool.

  • 2 String chain onto wire

String the last link of the chain onto the wire followed by a stone. String the 6th link of the chain and a stone. Repeat the pattern of chain link and stone 8 more times.

  • 3 Crimp & trim

Trim off excess chain. Add a crimp bead and toggle half, then loop the wire back through the crimp bead and several beads. Crimp and trim off any excess wire.

  • 4 Attach charms

Open several jump rings and attach the charms to an end of the bracelet.
