  • 1 Cut wire Fringe Tassel Necklace supplies

Cut an 18" and a 14" length of wire.

  • 2 Open jump ring

Use the flat nose pliers and jump ring finger tool to open a jump ring. Grip on side of the jump ring with the tip of the pliers and insert the bottom of the jump ring into the jump ring finger tool Twist the jump ring to open it, do not pull apart.

  • 3 Slide on tassel

Slide a gray tassel onto the jump ring and attach it 4 1/2" from the end of the 14" chain. Close the jump ring by twisting it back together with the pliers and jump ring finger tool.

  • 4 Repeat Attach tassels

Repeat Step 2 and 3, attaching the next gray tassel 5 chain links down from the first. Repeat until there are 8 gray tassels on the chain.

  • 5 Attach black tassels

Attach a black tassel 5 3/4" from the end of the 18" chain. Attach each tassel 5 links down from the last until you have attached 10 total.

  • 6 Join chains

Join the last links of the 14" and 18" chains with jump rings on each side. Before closing the jump ring on the right side of the chain, slide on a lobster clasp to create a closure for the necklace.
