How to Make a Pink Ribbon Hair Bow

Add a little girly pink flair to your hair when you learn how to make this beginner bow project! This Pink Ribbon Hair Bow is fit for a princess, especially with it's chevron tiara ribbon and frilly pink mesh. Plus it's the perfect project to do to break in a new Bowdabra bow maker!
  • 1 Place wire

    Place Bowdabra wire into the Bowdabra.

  • 2 Cut ribbon

    Cut 3 pieces of the smallest ribbon and 2 pieces of the medium ribbon to 12" lengths.

  • 3 Layer ribbon

    Layer the pieces of ribbon in the Bowdabra.

  • 4 Layer tulle

    Cut 6 pieces of pink tulle approximately 8" long and layer on the Bowdabra.

  • 5 Loop largest ribbon

    With the largest ribbon, create 6 loops with no tails.

  • 6 Loop medium ribbon

    With the medium ribbon, create 6 loops with no tails.

  • 7 Loop smallest ribbon

    With the smallest ribbon, create 6 loops with no tails.

  • 8 Compress & tie bow

    Compress the bow and tie it together using Bowdabra wire.

  • 9 Glue to clip

    Glue the bow to barrette clip.
