How to Make Fireworks Art

Light up the sky this Fourth of July with this DIY Fireworks Art Craft. This easy-to-make craft will give you the firework fun, without the fire! Use different color paints to celebrate any holiday or celebration!
  • 1 Cut paper tube

Cut slits halfway up the length of the paper tube. Slits should go all way around at about 1/4" apart.

  • 2 Pour paint

Pour a small amount of each color of the neon acrylic paint onto the plates.

  • 3 Push cut end into paint

Hold uncut end of the tube and push the cut end down into the paint so that the cut ends fan out.

  • 4 Cover bottom with paint

Swirl ends around so that the bottom of the tube is well covered with paint.

  • 5 Dab onto card stock

Use this paint covered tube to dab onto the black card stock.

  • 6 Repeat

Repeat with multiple colors to create a fireworks display.
