Place bandana
Seperate the hoops. Wrap the top edge of the tie-dye bandana around the inner hoop leaving ½ above the hoop. Place several dots of glue onto the hoop to hold the bandana in place.

Tighten bandana in place
Slide the outer hoop over the bandana and inner hoop, tighten into place.

Glue in place
Line up the edges and glue a line down the bandana where sides overlap, about 1" wide. Press the edges together to secure, glue in place.

Trace & cut template
Fold the bandana lengthwise and bring the edges together. Position the template along the edge. Trace the template, remove and cut out the shape.

Fold & cut white bandana
Foold white bandana and cut it in half. Take one half and fold it lengthwise. Cut a curved V at the bottom center. Open the bandana, you'll have two scalloped pieces. Only one piece is needed. Glue the straight edge along the outside hoop, keeping the top edges even.

Add red ribbon
Cut a 20" section of red ribbon. Glue the ribbon along the edge of the outside hoop. Open the outside hoop and slide off the inner hoop.

Add eyes
Cut two 2.5" circles from the black felt and glue a wiggle eye onto each. Glue the circles onto the white bandana about 5" from the edges.

Add more ribbon
Cut two 50" sections of thin ribbon. Fold the two sections in half, make a small center loop and knot. Divide the four sections around the inner hoop and glue in place. Let the ribbon fall inside the hoop.

Finish windsock
Slide the outer hoop over the inner hoop and tighten the screw.
