How to Make Penguin Bookmarks

Make reading even more fun when you get to nestle these adorable Penguin Bookmarks between your pages! Show your students or kids just how awesome reading is after you make this cute craft together. Switch it up for different seasons or occasions; with one hole punch you can turn your penguin into a starfish or one of your favorite animals!
  • 1 Punch out hearts

Punch a large heart from the black paper, a medium heart from the white paper, and 3 small hearts from the orange paper.

  • 2 Cut and glue on wings

Cut 2 wings from black paper - fold a 1" x 2" paper in half and cut an arc along the fold. Glue wings onto sides of the white heart.

  • 3 Glue hearts together

Glue the white heart with wings on backside onto the black heart.

  • 4 Attach beak, eyes and feet

Glue your orange beak, wiggle eyes and feet onto the white heart. Glue penguin onto bookmark and personalize bookmark with one of your colored markers.
