  • 1 Cut cardstock

Cut red cardstock into 1" wide strips. Each candle needs 2 strips.

  • 2 Form candle base

Take 2 strips of your cut cardstock and glue the ends together at a 90% angle. Fold the strips over each other one at a time - try to keep them perpendicular.

  • 3 Glue paper to clothespin

Punch a circle from the patterned paper and glue it to a clothespin.

  • 4 Glue candle to clothespin

Glue your candle shape to the circle that you've just glued onto the clothespin.

  • 5 Add flame & wick

Trace the flame template onto your yellow cardstock and cut it out. Draw a wick on the flame cutout with a pencil or crayon. Fold the bottom flap glue it onto the top of the candle.
