Pat Catan's - Family Owned since 1954. Pat Catan, an entrepreneur in the craft industry, started his first Cleveland art supply store in 1954. The modest 600-square-foot location was on East 131 Street and Miles Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. Before that, Pat had mainly been an Ohio floral supplies distributor, but he had more creative ideas than simply plastic flower arrangements. These ideas led him to combine his floral supplies store with supplies found in a scrapbook store, sewing store, art supplies store, and more. Today, there are over 20 Pat Catan's stores located throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. Each store is packed full of crafts supplies, including floral decorations and wood turnings, along with art and jewelry making supplies. Growing up in the Great Depression and serving in World War II taught Mr. Catan the value of hard work and dedication. The Pat Catan family still carries on those same traditions and values today. The family is dedicated to offering its Pennsylvania and Ohio customers the largest craft supplies selection at the lowest prices.
