How to Make a Candy Shamrock Wreath

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with an edible Shamrock Wreath! Melt the candy wafers to add them to the shamrock molds and your candy wreath will be ready for tastying in no time.
  • 1 Melt dark green wafers

Melt the dark green candy wafers in a microwave safe bowl according to package instructions. Pour into a piping bag and fill 10-12 of the shamrock mini mold cavities. Let set in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes, until set. Unmold.

  • 2 Repeat step 1

Repeat the step one process with light green candy wafers.

  • 3 Make a circle with wafers

Pipe a 5 inch diameter circle with the rest of the light green candy. Try to make sure the circle is wide so there's space to place the shamrocks.

  • 4 Use left over wafers

When the circle has set, use any leftover melted wafters to stick the shamrocks to the circle, creating a wreath shape.

  • 5 Optional embellishment

Tie a cute bow with some ribbon and attach to wreath.
