Raspberry Jam- 9 tsp
Egg- Scrambled
Powdered Sugar

How to Make Heart Blossoms

Spring is on the way and what better way to celebrate than by baking these delicious Heart Blossoms for those who you adore! This pastry has heart-like flower petals and tasty raspberry jam inside each blossom. Add powdered sugar ontop to complete the lovely treat!
  • 1 Pre-heat oven

    Heat oven to 375 degrees.

  • 2 Thaw pastry

    Thaw puff pastry according to package.

  • 3 Cut pastry

    Cut pastry into 9 squares.

  • 4 Add jam

    Place 1 tsp of raspberry jam in center of each square.

  • 5 Add egg wash

    Brush with egg wash around edges.

  • 6 Pinch sides

    Pinche all sides of each square together.

  • 7 Create circle

    Flip over and flatten each square into a circle.

  • 8 Make cuts

    Make 8 even partial cuts around circle.

  • 9 Separate sections

    Twist each two sections away from one another, so that the top is on the bottom.

  • 10 Bake

    Bake for 25 minutes.

  • 11 Cool

    Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
