Popping Corn- 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil- 3 tbls
Make'n Mold® Candy Wafers- White & Milk Chocolate
Wilton® Sprinkles- White Nonpareils, Sugar Pearls, Black Sanding Sugar
Choco Maker® Sugar Shapes- Silver Stars
Wax Paper

How to Make New Year's Chocolate Candy Popcorn

Ring in the New Year with this Chocolate Candy Popcorn! Curl up on the couch with this tasty treat as you watch all of the festivities.
  • 1 Prepare Popcorn

    Pour oil and popping corn in 4-quart pan.

  • 2 Make Popcorn

    Cover pan leaving lid slightly ajar and place over medium heat. Lift and shake pan frequently while heating.

  • 3 Remove & Cool

    When popping slows, remove pan from heat and allow to cool.

  • 4 Lay Out Popcorn

    Lay out evenly over wax paper.

  • 5 Melt chocolate

    Melt both chocolates and drizzle over popcorn one at a time.

  • 6 Add Sprinkles

    While chocolates are still wet sprinkle all of the types of sprinkles overtop.

  • 7 Cool

    Allow to cool and harden completely.

  • 8 Break Apart

    Break apart into smaller chunks.
