Strawberry Creme Puff

What You'll Need:

Cookie Sheet
Sauce Pan
Mixing Bowl
Parchment Paper
Wilton® Tip #6
Icing Bag
Milk - 3½ oz
Water - 3½ oz
Butter - 5½ tbsp
Heavy Cream - 1/3 cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp

How to Make Strawberry Creme Puffs

Delicious and nutricious (well sort of...) Strawberry Creme Puffs are a fun dessert perfect for any season! Fresh strawberries in the summer time or used as a romantic dessert during the Valentine season, Strawberry Creme Puffs are always a crowd favorite.
  • 1 Mix a few ingredients to a boil

    In a sauce pan - mix butter, sugar, salt, water and milk to bring to a boil and remove from heat.

  • 2 Add flour

    Add flour and mix.

  • 3 Cook for 2 minutes

    Return to a medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. Place in a mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.

  • 4 Add eggs

    Mix in eggs, one at a time.

  • 5 Add icing to bag

    Place filling inside incing bag with large circle tip.

  • 6 Pipe cirlces onto baking sheet

    Pipe approximately 3" cirlces onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • 7 Bake

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool. Then cut in half horizontally.

  • 8 Prepare cream filling

    Prepare cream filling by combining heavy cream, vanilla and powdered sugar until fluffy.

  • 9 Fill icing bag

    Fill into icing bag with tip #6B. Pipe in between puff halves.

  • 10 Slice strawberries

    Slice strawberries and place on top of cream filling.

  • 11 Add powdered sugar

    Dust with powdered sugar.
