How to Make a Fabric Covered Clay Pot

Spring planting is more fun when you dress up your clay pots with your favorite fabric! Choose from bright spring solids or pretty patterned fat quarters - and don't forget to finish your project off with a big, fabric flower.
  • 1 Cut fat quarter

    Cut fat quarter to fit area you are covering on the pot.

  • 2 Apply Mod Podge Apply Mod Podge

    Apply Mod Podge to the outside of the pot. Apply fabric.

  • 3 Coat fabric and pot

    Apply a coat of Mod Podge over fabric and inside of the pot. Let dry completely.

  • 4 Embellish

    Embellish the front and rim of the pot with floral accents and trim embellishments, hot gluing in place.
