How to Make Clothespin Snowflakes
Use every day household items to make a one of a kind holiday tree decoration! These Clothespin Snowflakes make for simple, festive ornaments for all season long.

Remove springs
Remove the springs from eight small clothespins and seven mini clothespins.

Cut baker's twine
Cut a 12" length baker's twine.

Seperate clothespins
Seperate each clothespin. Lay the clothespins with the notch side down.

Glue clothespins together
Lay the baker's twine into the notch of one clothespin and glue the other half of that clothespin on top. Squeeze both pieces firmly together.

Glue small pieces together
Glue the remaining small clothespins together and allow to dry.

Glue pieces together
Glue the top edges of two small clothespins together. Glue two more clothespins to form a plus sign. Glue the remaining four clothespins to form a snowflake. Let the glue set up.

Glue mini snowflakes on big snowflakes
Using the photo as a guide, glue the mini clothespins on top of the snowflake to form another snowflake.
