Rustic Star
Red Bandana or Other Material
Red Acrylic Paint
Foam Brush
Sand Paper
Foam Adhesive

How to Make a Picnic Utensil Holder

This Picnic Utensil Holder is a cute and convienent way to organize your silverware, napkins and straws at your next picnic or barbecue. Customize yours by using different colored bandanas or material to accent the wood caddy.
  • 1 Paint carrier red

    Thin red paint with water and paint the carrier. Wipe carrier down with a rag and let dry 

  • 2 Sand edges

    Sand edges of the carrier.

  • 3 Remove wire from star

    Remove the wire from the star with wire cutters.

  • 4 Attach star

    Stick 4 to 5 foam adhesive dots on the back center of the star. Attach star to the left side of the caddy.

  • 5 Arrange bandana & jars

    Arrange the bandana inside the caddy and place 3 jars inside. Fill jars with utensils, napkins or straws.
