How to Make a Lighted Fox Terrarium

Turn your every day household item into a beautiful home decor piece with the help of succulents! A Lighted Fox Terrarium is the perfect mix of greens, light and the outdoors feeling. Follow these step by step instructions and find all your supplies at Pat Catan's. 
  • 1 Cut & glue floral foam

    Using the serrated knife cut a small piece of floral foam and hot glue it into the bottom of the glass jar.

  • 2 Add moss

    Cover the foam in the jar with moss.

  • 3 Trim & glue succulents

    Trim the stems on the succulents using the wire cutters and hot glue them in place onto the moss covered foam.

  • 4 Add fox

    Arrange and hot glue the fox into the moss.

  • 5 Cut & glue floral foam

    Cut a second small piece of floral foam and hot glue it to the lid of the glass jar.

  • 6 Glue moss

    Cover the foam and the lid with moss and hot glue in place.

  • 7 Trim & glue succulents

    Trim the stems on succulents and hot glue them onto the moss covered foam.

  • 8 Arrnage foxes

    Arrange the foxes on the lid and hot glue them into place.

  • 9 Glue bark

    Hot glue a few pieces of bark to the moss on the lid.

  • 10 Attach magnet

    Attach the magnet to the bottom of the tea light and place it on the underside of the jar lid. Screw on the lid.
