10 oz. Red Velvet Melting Chocolate
2 Cups Chocolate or Plain Graham Crackers, Finely Ground
Parchment Paper

How to Make Red Velvet Cheesecake Truffles

Just three ingredients are all you need to make red velvet cheesecake truffles. Use red velvet melting chocolate to create truffles that are easy to make for Valentine's Day, get-togethers with friends and any other upcoming occasion.
  • 1 Mix & refrigerate

    In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy. In small bowl, melt the melting chocolate according to the package directions. Let cool slightly and gradually beat the cooled, melted candy into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Stir in 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate about 1 hour, or until firm enough to scoop.

  • 2 Scoop

    Portion into 1" balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie pan. Place remaining cookie crumbs in small bowl. Carefully roll truffles in crumbs and place back on parchment-lined cookie pan. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
