Paint plaque & applique
Paint the wood plaque and the wood applique white. Let dry.

Hot glue applique
Hot glue the applique to the plaque.

Sand & brush with black paint
Sand edges of plaque and dry brush with black paint.

Drill hole
Drill a hole through the center of the applique and plaque.

Screw hardware
Screw hardware into the hole. You may need extra nuts depending on the thickness of the curtains.

Trim hardware stems
If needed, use bolt cutters to trim the hardware stems.
