These festive trees will brighten up any dreary corners of your home. This easy craft is a perfect snow-day activity!
  • 1 Pin yarn to the 6" cone

*The following 8 steps are for creating the small Christmas tree*

Using the 6" cone, and without cutting the yarn from the ball, pin the A yarn to the bottom edge of the cone.

  • 2 Wrap the cone

Wrap the yarn around the cone to about 1/3 of its height. Pin in place.

  • 3 Continue pinning the yarn

Without cutting the yarn from the ball, pin the B yarn to the cone along the top wrapped edge of the A yarn.

  • 4 Continue wrapping the cone

Wrap the yarn around the cone to about 2/3 of its height. Pin in place.

  • 5 Pin the C yarn

Without cutting the yarn from the ball, pin the C yarn to the cone along the top wrapped edge of the B yarn in place.

  • 6 Wrap to the top

Wrap the yarn around the cone to the top. Pin in place.

  • 7 Pin the small pompom

Pin the small pompom to the top of the cone.

  • 8 Pin the button
