How to Make a Paper Mache Moon Rover

Your kids will love you to the moon and back when you help them make this Paper Mache Moon Rover! Once you've assembled your moon rover, fill it with moon rocks and get to moving!
  • 1 Paint each box

Remove lid from the large box and set aside. Paint the large box, small box, including its lid, and 6 wheels. Allow time to dry completely.

  • 2 Add wheels to rover

Glue 3 wheels along the bottom sides of the large box, so you have 3 wheels on each side of the rover.

  • 3 Connect small and large boxes

Glue the flat side of the small lid against one end of the vehicle body. Then glue the small box to the inside of the small lid. Let dry.

  • 4 Embellish to your liking

Decorate your Moon Rover with rhinestones and glitter tape as desired.
