How to Make a Spooky Light
Light up your space with a Spooky Light! These not-so-spooky lights are a fun accent to your Halloween decor and make for great night lights.

Punch circle
Punch a ½ circle from the copper or green glitter paper.

Make a hole
Punch a hole in the center of the circle using the paper punch.

Cut a strip of paper
Cut a ½" x 4½" strip out of the glitter paper.

Tape strip to light
Apply Hercules® tape to the back of the strip of glitter paper and attach it around the edge of the tea light.

Add tea light
Apple Hercules® tape to the back of the circle and attach it to the top of the tea light, pushing the flame through the hole.

Add facial features
Using the photo as reference, glue on the eyes and draw a mouth.

Make a hat
Cut a spooky hat from the felt and glue it in place.

Add black feathers
For the witch, attach black feathers to the back of the tea light using Hercules® tape.
