How to Make a Firework Metallic Card

Capture the beauty of a bright, shining firework on a card! Make this Firework Metallic Card for any patriotic occasion. It's great for a summertime birthday, an invitation to a backyard barbecue or even to send abroad to say thank you to our servicemen.
  • 1 Cut & emboss

    Cut the metallic paper to 4 1/4" x 5 3/4". Emboss it with the fireworks on the embossing folder.

  • 2 Drop alcohol drops

    Drop drops of alcohol ink on the fireworks, tilting the paper to make the ink run.

  • 3 Cut and adhere cardstock

    Cut the navy cardstock to 4 3/8" x 5 7/8". Adhere the metallic paper to the navy.

  • 4 Cut card & adhere

    Cut white card to 4 1/2" x 6". Adhere navy cardstock to blank card.

  • 5 Embellish with glitter glue

    Embellish fireworks and stars with glitter glue and let dry completely.
